Celebrant: Rev Canon Paul Wright, Sub-Dean of Her Majesty’s Chapel Royal, Deputy Clerk of the Closet, Her Majesty the Queen’s Domestic Chaplain and Sub-Almoner.

Mariza was accompanied by with London Contemporary Orchestra and her band Luis Guerreiro (Portuguese Guitar); Phelipe Ferreira (guitar); Joao Frade (accordion); Adriano Alves ‘Dinga’ (bass guitar); Joao Freitas (percussion). The concert was broadcast live on BBC Radio 3. It was the first time there was a Fado concert at the BBC Proms.
